Holder, Jr., Attorney General of the United States, talks voting rights, disenfranchisement, & Trayvon Martin at the 2012 NAACP Convention in Houston, Texas. He also presented some preventive strategies his office is in the process of implementing to reduce childhood exposure to violence, and end the school to prison pipeline.
